The Family Court Adviser transcribed 2 serious errors with the consequence that both the applicant & the respondent were distressed and then furious at the comments. Naturally we have raised a complaint but have so far (22nd June, 2011) no response from Cafcass. You have my email address, please advise me if you have suffered similar incompetence and are you willing to help me organise a vigorous campaign. Just to advise that we have major problems with Cafcass (4th May, 2011). What is madness is that they don't seem to have moved on from 2001.
